Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth at our premium showroom in Dehradun, which features leading luxury brands like Kohler, Nexion, and Fenesta.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for co-working spaces and luxury product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, visits, and online channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work with the management team to execute sales strategies and maintain full occupancy.
- Prepare and share regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in premium or high-involvement product sales (interiors, architecture, real estate, or luxury retail).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
