Job Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Assist in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit standards.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • SEBI / RBI related compliances from accounting point of view

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor finance teams across accounting, treasury, and FP&A.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments like HR, Legal, and Operations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Qualification
Chartered accountant (mandatory) with relevant experience of minimum 5-8 years.
