Job Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Assist in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit standards.
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
- SEBI / RBI related compliances from accounting point of view
Team Management & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor finance teams across accounting, treasury, and FP&A.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments like HR, Legal, and Operations.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
Chartered accountant (mandatory) with relevant experience of minimum 5-8 years.
