The function of the role is to provide Run support and also investigate, analyze, & set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model. This position requires a flexible work schedule, work in rotational/permanent shifts, ability to work independently, a highly driven team player with a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and multicultural team/business environment.What this job involvesResponsibilities:Responsible for L1  & L2 Run Support & maintenance of deployed RPA (Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform) solutionsResponsible for capturing and publishing Run metrics/KPIs like incidents, change requests, deployments, bots metrics, etcResponsible to design, developing, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform to streamline processes and maximize efficiencyDesign automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization and using Work Load Management for scalabilityScripting/coding in RPA tool to resolve automation issuesReview the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systemsContribute to development and configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation toolsAutomation KPIs reporting, building dashboards with Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint based reportingBuild automations for run support activities and reduce/eliminate manual effort for the teamDocument the automation proceduresCollaborate with the RPA Governance on best practices and code reviewsCollaborate with the internal IT team to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructureParticipate in training businesses on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practiceParticipate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challengesAnalysis root cause for an error/incidentCollaborate with Governance, IT, Operations, Business, Application, Risk, Compliance teams for Change Management.Working Experience & Certification:3+ years of professional experience with RPA tools Automation Anywhere A360, Power PlatformMust be Automation Anywhere A360 Certified RPA ProfessionalMust have experience in Development, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change ManagementControl room- administration knowledgeExperience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Testing, including UAT and Bug fixesExcellent logical thinking and have should be able to identify the issues and root cases with very quick turnaround timeExperience in handling Change Requests and Incidents.
