Job Description:

  • Experience: 1 - 5 Years of experience in Voice Process
  • Should have excellent English Communication.
  • Should have excellent written communication and should be able to comprehend properly.
  • Should be good at typing.
  • Handling customers queries and requests for the services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
