Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn and support the full recruitment cycle for US IT positions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews, salary/rate discussions, and feedback.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to find candidates.
  • Build an understanding of different US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.) and tax terms (W2, Corp-to-Corp, etc.).
  • Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to candidates about roles and opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and follow best practices.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift (EST hours).
  • Good learning attitude with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of IT terms is a plus (but not mandatory).
