Primary Title: Medical Billing Sales Representative (On-site, Mohali phase 8 A)
About the Opportunity
We are hiring a results-driven Medical Billing Sales Representative to join an on-site-based team focused on selling end-to-end medical billing, RCM, and practice management solutions to healthcare providers. This role combines consultative B2B sales with domain expertise in medical billing—ideal for candidates who can translate billing outcomes into clear ROI for clinics and hospitals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify healthcare leads (clinics, physician groups, hospitals) using outbound calling, email outreach, and field visits to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct consultative discovery and product demonstrations that map client pain points to medical billing, denial management, and RCM service offerings.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and service-level terms, and close new contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate onboarding with implementation and operations teams to ensure smooth transition and measurable early wins for clients.
- Track and report sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, ARR/MRR, deal cycle time) using CRM and contribute to forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive upsells, renewals, and referrals; identify opportunities for value-added services.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience—preferably selling healthcare services, software, or outsourced billing/RCM solutions.
- Practical understanding of medical billing workflows, claims lifecycle, ICD-10/CPT basics, denials, and collections.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) to manage pipeline and forecasts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ROI to clinical and financial stakeholders.
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare BPO, practice management company, or with EHR/EMR platforms; familiarity with revenue enhancement strategies preferred.
- On-site availability in Mohali phase 8 A (Punjab).
