We are looking for skilled Adobe Captivate Developers to join our team and create engaging, interactive, and impactful eLearning solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and project managers to bring training content to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive eLearning content in Adobe Captivate.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to transform content into effective learning modules.
  • Design multimedia-rich experiences with animations, quizzes, simulations, and assessments.
  • Ensure SCORM/ xAPI compliance and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Test, debug, and update courses based on user feedback.
  • Stay current with eLearning trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Captivate (latest versions).
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can API standards.
  • Experience with multimedia tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to create interactive elements (quizzes, branching, simulations).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS deployment and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in eLearning development using Adobe Captivate.
  • Portfolio showcasing Captivate-based eLearning projects.
  • Certification in Adobe Captivate (preferred).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
