We are hiring a System Administrator to handle day-to-day system operations, support staff with technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and applications. The role requires good troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain reliable and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes.
  • Provide support for hardware and software-related problems.
  • Perform regular system updates and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain proper documentation of system activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with data security and backup solutions.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
