Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and managing quality assurance activities. The role involves working closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all products meet the specified quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Management skills
  • Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Auditing
  • Strong Quality Assurance skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
