As we expand, we're looking for a strategic, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our powerhouse team. If you're the type who wakes up to Reels insights, dreams in Instagram grid layouts, and knows how to turn "likes" into leads—this one's for you.
Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you'll lead the charge in building online communities, curating engaging content calendars, and creating scroll-stopping content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. From lifestyle to hospitality, fashion to wellness—you'll manage multiple brand voices while keeping one finger on the pulse of digital trends.
This role is for someone who can do both: strategise AND execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage content calendars across multiple brands and platforms.
- Build & execute platform-specific strategies (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories, etc.) tailored to each audience.
- Work closely with the creative and video teams to brief in thumb-stopping content.
- Write engaging copy, captions, hashtags, and CTAs that align with each brand's tone.
- Track, analyse, and report performance metrics—turning insights into actionable growth.
- Stay on top of trends, audio tracks, formats, algorithm changes, and competitor benchmarks.
- Collaborate with influencers, brands, and communities to grow presence and engagement.
- Ensure timely uploads, community management, and daily interactions.
- Handle paid social ads integration in collaboration with the performance team (if needed).
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy and management (agency or brand side).
- Strong portfolio or case studies showing account growth, campaign impact, or viral wins.
- Exceptional writing skills with a knack for creating platform-native content.
- Deep knowledge of platform-specific formats, tools, and trends (especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts).
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts in different niches simultaneously.
- Understanding of brand aesthetics, storytelling, and content flow.
- Organised, creative, proactive, and performance-driven.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI content tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva AI).
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
- A flair for meme marketing or content virality is a plus
