Role & responsibilities

  • 6 years of experience in Production Support; with proven application support, maintenance, and delivery of enhancements projects on critical applications.
  • Good Experience in SQL, ETL - SSIS (Primary)
  • Very good experience in dealing with large scale enterprise applications preferably in BFSI domain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually with both onshore and offshore teams
  • Production support experience is mandatory with solid understanding of L2 and L3 activities
  • Very good experience in conducting Impact Analysis of issues and preparing RCA s Solid team management skills
  • Ready to work in a 24/7 shift rotation model and available to support team members after shift hours.
  • Experience managing large programs on cloud environment, digital transformation.
  • Able to follow and participate in technical discussions/reviews.
  • Must have experience in handling Project proposals and estimations, RFPS and Presales.
  • Solid understanding or experience with DevOps processes/tools and Agile Methodologies.

Must work in a rotational shift. (Includes night shift 9 days a month)
