JOB ROLE

  • As a design lead, you are responsible for developing and executing designs for all mediums, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.
  • You will craft the DLS and ethos of how customers interacts with Cherry platform
    .
  • You will own the process design and make sure you have an understanding of the tech layers while guiding every concept and interaction of the medium.
  • Work with multiple teams to clarify what is needed and deliver creative solutions for operational needs.
  • You will be required to set design directions for product initiatives while maintaining consistent design language across platforms.
  • You will be expected to deliver design outputs and foster standards of design and collaboration.
  • You are expected to design extraordinary ideas and systems.
  • You will be expected to think out of the box to identify how UX interventions can drive business growth

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • 7+ years of Product & UX design experience, a portfolio of samples that demonstrate your craft skills.
  • You will work with different communication skills & be able to articulate your ideas across various stakeholders.
  • Passion for problem-solving and the flair to handle conflicts with an empathetic approach.
  • Awareness of design principles and trends in the industry.
  • Ability to make decisions and influence key marketing and design decisions.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and balancing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, digital, industrial design, or information architecture.
