Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BizLink / EDI Integration Developer to design, develop, and support B2B/EDI integration solutions using OpenText BizLink and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in EDI mapping, transformation, and B2B integrations, along with a solid understanding of communication protocols and high-volume transactional messaging systems. Experience with IBM Sterling is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Integration Development & Implementation

o Implement B2B solutions using OpenText BizManager and BizLink.

o Design and maintain scalable integration processes supporting EDI and B2B workflows.

o Develop and transform EDI messages across standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and XML.

  1. Mapping & Transformation

o Configure mappings for EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.) using BizManager Mapper.

o Ensure smooth data transformation between partner systems and internal applications.

o Optimize and test integrations for performance and reliability.

  1. Communication & Security

o Configure secure file transfer protocols (AS2, SFTP, MFT, HTTPS).

o Manage certificates, authentication keys, and encryption protocols (PGP, SSH).

o Define and manage user roles, permissions, and access privileges.

  1. Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Support

o Collaborate with system architects to enable system monitoring and alerts for BizLink, SecureLink, and related components.

o Analyze and resolve EDI-related issues efficiently, ensuring minimal business disruption.

o Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.

  1. Reporting & Collaboration

o Work with business teams to understand partner integration requirements and develop customer-specific reports.

o Document all integration workflows and maintain version control.

o Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in EDI / B2B Integration Development.

  • Strong knowledge of OpenText BizLink, BizManager, and Application Integrator.

  • Proficient in EDI message formats (X12, EDIFACT, XML) and transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810).

  • Understanding of communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, MFT, HTTPS, PGP, SSH.

  • Experience designing high-volume, scalable transactional messaging systems.

  • Working knowledge of databases to support KPI creation and business monitoring.

  • Scripting experience in Unix or JavaScript for custom process automation.

Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.

  • Experience with IBM Sterling is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹160, ₹170,000.00 per month
