We're looking for a high-agency operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

This is a full-time operations role, not a strategy gig. You'll be in the trenches, running live trading ops, optimizing fund flows, automating workflows, and directly contributing to the stability and performance of our cross-border payments platform. We value initiative over hierarchy and there's a clear path for you to own a business line and build your own ops team as we scale. What you'll do:Monitor real-time trades, market activity, client balances, and fund flows

Make live decisions to manage trading risks and address operational issues

Spot inefficiencies in platform liquidity across exchanges and wallets

Troubleshoot anomalies and ensure seamless operations with global partners

Work with product & engineering to automate operational workflows

Identify and push for new features that improve internal tools and customer experience

Flag unusual activity, support reporting, and maintain audit-ready transaction data

What you bring:1–3 years in trading ops, fintech, crypto, or financial services

Strong data skills and an analytical mindset

Calm under pressure, with sharp decision-making in live environments

Excellent coordination and communication across functions

Nice to HaveExposure to crypto or stablecoin infrastructure

Prior experience with exchanges, wallets, or trade-monitoring systems
