Head Cashier

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at [Insert company name], a leading retailer in the apparel industry. As the Head Cashier, you will oversee and manage cashier operations to ensure smooth, efficient transactions while providing exceptional customer service. You will lead the cashier team, promote a positive shopping experience, and ensure that store policies and procedures are followed meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision: Manage and lead the cashier team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure high performance.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
• Cash Handling & Register Operations: Oversee cash register operations, including accurate cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions for both cash and credit payments.
• Inventory Control: Work closely with the store manager to ensure proper inventory control at checkout stations, including accurate SKU scanning and proper receipt handling.
• Training & Development: Train new cashiers on company policies, register operations, and customer service standards. Provide continuous training to ensure the team maintains high standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
