Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Website Developer role located in Lucknow. The Website Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of the organization's website. Day-to-day tasks include programming, implementing responsive web designs, optimizing user experiences, debugging, and ensuring the website meets current standards. The role requires collaborating with different departments to ensure the website aligns with the organization's mission and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Front-End Development and Web Design, including creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Programming, and database management
  • Strong skills in Web Development, with the ability to handle complete website functionality and optimization
  • Familiarity with industry tools and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend frameworks
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating and coordinating with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in developing websites and knowledge of accessibility guidelines will be an advantage
