Position: Technical Analyst- Biomass Power Plants

Job Location: Punjab (Ferozepur, Faridkot, Channu)

Haryana (Kaithal)

Rajasthan (Mandrella, Sardarshahar, Chattargarh, Jasrasar, Bhadra)

Role & responsibilities :

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  2. Collect, consolidate, analyse, and interpret data related to plant operations and maintenance activities.

  3. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

  4. Performance Monitoring:

  5. Monitor the performance of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

  6. Collaborate with on-ground operations and maintenance teams to develop strategies for optimizing plant performance.

  7. Root Cause Analysis:

  8. Follow up, coordinate and ensure root cause analysis for equipment failures and operational issues.

  9. To consolidate data, analyse and prepare report for onward submission related with different plant breakdown/failures.

  10. Provide recommendations and follow up for corrective and preventive actions to plant enhance reliability.

  11. Predictive Maintenance:

  12. To follow up and ensure implementation of predictive maintenance strategies based on data analysis to minimize downtime and maximize asset life.

  13. Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule maintenance activities effectively.

  14. Process Optimization:

  15. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall plant performance.

  17. Aux Power efficiency:

  18. To coordinate and collect data related with different equipment and analyse the.

  19. Elaborate opportunities to reduce Aux power consumption and further improvements.

  20. Statutory compliances:

  21. To coordinate and to keep record of all the statutory compliance requirements

  22. To generate alerts regarding the compliance as and when required.

  23. Safety Systems:

  24. To coordinate and ensure implementation of safety systems across the plants, as per management guidelines.

BOE certification is a Plus
