Job Summary:

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sourcing and Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, networking events, and online platforms.

  2. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.

  3. Sales and Marketing: Utilize excellent sales and marketing skills to promote properties, negotiate deals, and close transactions.

  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  5. Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field.

  3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the real estate market, laws, and regulations.
