Purpose:

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in the industry, possessing a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. Experience:

  • 3-10 years of experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering projects - Proven track record in quality assurance and control processes - Experience in coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management processes for civil, mechanical, or electrical projects - Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements - Collaborate with project managers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Create quality documentation including reports, non-conformance reports, and quality manuals - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on quality-related aspects - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain - Support internal audits and implement recommendations for continuous improvement - Train project teams on quality procedures and best practices - Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance quality processes

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Certification required:

  • Quality Management certification is preferred

Behavioural Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a collaborative mindset

Technical Skills:
