You will join our Global Procurement
department
As a Procurement Operations Associate in Ramboll's team, you will play a key role in supporting the supplier onboarding process globally. This role focuses on providing assistance to vendors during onboarding, guiding internal stakeholders through the process, and ensuring smooth handling of queries and requests. You will work closely with the Supplier Onboarding team to maintain data accuracy, support process efficiency, and contribute to seamless procurement operations.

Job Description
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Support suppliers during the onboarding process in vendor onboarding tool, providing guidance and clarifying requirements.
• Assist internal users with onboarding-related questions, ensuring they understand the process and timelines.
• Monitor and manage service tickets related to supplier onboarding and procurement operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, and other teams) to resolve vendor-related issues.
• Ensure supplier data is complete, accurate, and aligned with Ramboll policies and compliance requirements.
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and cleaning up vendor master data as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members while ensuring timely follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement by sharing feedback and identifying recurring issues.

• Min 4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, or a similar support function.
• Basic understanding of Vendor /Employee/Customer onboarding process.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel ; knowledge of Power BI & Power automate is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
