The Role

We are seeking an engineer with strong expertise across
machine learning, data science, and computer science
to help us build core AI infrastructure. This role combines model evaluation, data analysis, and scalable system design, with a focus on orchestration, ranking, and data-driven optimization across multimodal workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    end-to-end ML pipelines
    for data gathering, analysis, and insights.
  • Build
    data analysis layers
    for performance tracking and reusable asset creation.
  • Develop
    ranking, scoring, and risk estimation frameworks
    for multimodal outputs.
  • Integrate and benchmark
    LLMs, VLMs, and generative models
    (image, audio, video).
  • Build
    APIs and services
    to support asset reuse and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Optimize for
    compute efficiency, caching, and reproducibility
    .

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in evaluating
    large models (LLMs, VLMs, generative models)
    .
  • 4+ years of hands-on
    ML & data science
    experience (statistical analysis, risk modeling, experimental design).
  • Strong
    computer science fundamentals
    (algorithms, distributed systems, APIs).
  • Experience with
    ranking/search systems
    (Elasticsearch, Vespa, vector-based).
  • 4+ years of
    Python & ML frameworks
    (PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
  • Familiarity with
    AWS, Docker
    .
  • Bonus:
    fine-tuning/training large models
    .
  • Add:
    Candidates with data science + computer vision, data science + audio analysis, or data science-driven LLM/VLM/image & video generation
    experience are preferred.
  • Add:
    Discard candidates whose CV experience is only YOLO/object detection or similar
    .
