Supply Wisdom : Technical Product Manager

Location : Hybrid Position based in Bangalore

Objective
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the companys vision and strategy by leading product planning and development across the full lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform customer needs into innovative enhancements and new product :

  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate customer requirements into product enhancements or new solutions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, Backend, Data Science, and DevOps teams to translate business use cases into scalable, secure SaaS workflow.
  • Define product KPIs around automation efficiency, data accuracy, and time-to-insight; monitor adoption and iterate on improvements.
  • Research and recommend new product development opportunities and refinements for existing products.
  • Create and present visionary innovations, business cases, and strategic decision proposals.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and contract negotiations related to product development and enhancements.
  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs to achieve company objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Support the sales team through product information, demos, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, computer science, risk management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-9 years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, with strong hands-on exposure to data-driven or AI/ML-based solutions (e.g., LLMs, NLP, automation, and analytics platforms).
  • 5+ years experience in service product management (data & analytics, supply chain, third-party risk, vendor governance, research, consulting, or outsourcing) preferred.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with global market/industry analyst firms on product roadmaps and launches.
  • Proven ability to define and launch innovative B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong expertise in costing, pricing models, and price management.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and integrations across multi-system architectures (ETL, Redshift, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures preferred.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across teams.
