Role Summary

You will lead a cross-functional engineering team to deliver product/platform SaaS modules. This role blends technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend, frontend, and integrations engineers.
• Drive execution of roadmap (MVP Phase 2 Phase 3).
• Ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
• Manage CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with product and design teams for delivery.
• Own sprint planning, estimation, and agile practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong background in full-stack or backend development.
• Familiarity with RBAC, data security, and compliance needs.
• Experience managing distributed teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in GRC/Compliance/FinTech/Security SaaS.
• Exposure to workflow orchestration (Temporal, Camunda).
• Knowledge of AI-driven product engineering.
