We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer with 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, Request Management, and Integrations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and develop software applications using JavaScript, SOA technologies, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, and Request Management.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations and building apps in ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Knowledge management, and Request Management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
  • Notice Period: 0-15 days.
