Role: Senior Tekla Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Tekla Modeling: Develop high-quality 3D structural models and generate comprehensive fabrication/erection drawings with detailed material reports for industrial and commercial projects.
  • Project Leadership & Coordination: Lead modeling efforts on complex projects, resolve clashes, and coordinate with Civil, Piping, and Electrical teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Quality & Process Management: Implement and uphold company BIM protocols and modeling standards to ensure all work adheres to design specifications and ensures constructability.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate closely with design, detailing, and fabrication teams while mentoring junior modelers and contributing to the development of best practices.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural steel modeling and detailing using Tekla Structures.
  • Proven expertise in creating fabrication-level models for industrial structures (platforms, pipe racks, buildings.
  • High proficiency in generating GA drawings, assembly drawings, and single-part drawings.
  • Strong understanding of steel connection design and standard detailing practices.
  • Experience with Tekla's BIM capabilities and clash detection is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
