About the role
Transaction Monitoring , Observe Process Gaps, Process Adherence, Right First Time improvement, RCA on emerging themes/problem statements 

You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

• Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes

• Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying quality assurance methods + CI tools and techniques.

• Establish quality assurance across TBS at source by identifying and recommending changes in design or by placing right control/assurance mechanisms

• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed Key Performance Indicator's

• Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives and engage with all enabling teams for wider impacts/solutions

• Identifies process gaps and risks for business, ensures quality assurance process adherence.

• Interpret, build upon, and align with company quality assurance standards

You will need
2+ yrs of experience in QA
Using Lean Six Sigma practices
Experience in using CI and QA tools
Expericne in QA terminology, tools/Systems
MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Speed and Accuracy, Eye to Detail- Team working skills

• Planning & Organising, Problem Solving

• Analytical Ability, Logical Thinking

• Good Verbal and Written Communication
