We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Testing, coupled with exposure to Swift-based systems or Payment Gateway platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA methodologies and practices, along with working knowledge of financial transaction systems, ensuring quality, compliance, and reliability in mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payment-related functionalities.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and API testing across backend and frontend systems.
- Validate Swift message formats (MT/MX) or payment gateway integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA .
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand system architecture and requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing of payment flows, including reconciliation, settlement, and transaction processing.
- Participate in requirements reviews, ensuring testability and quality standards are met from the start.
- 6–10 years of QA/testing experience in SWIFT and Payment Gateway..
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Exposure to Swift messaging protocols (MT/MX) or working knowledge of payment gateways.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Basic understanding of database querying (SQL).
- Good understanding of transaction processing systems and financial workflows.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
