Responsibilities:Handle walk-in and office-based customer interactions with professionalism and product knowledge. Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries and follow-up leads effectively. Handle B2B leads and product inquiries generated through Instagram.
Monitor and respond to marketing leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Plan and execute outstation marketing visits to expand business presence and develop dealer/distributor networks.Maintain detailed records of lead sources, conversions, and client feedback. Assist with content suggestions and coordination for social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required. Requirements:MBA in Marketing or a related field.0–2 years of experience in digital and field marketing (freshers with internship experience may apply). Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
Familiarity with social media platforms and B2B portals (IndiaMART, LinkedIn, etc.). Willingness to travel for outstation marketing visits. Organized, enthusiastic, and customer-focused mindset.
