Role & responsibilities

Building on typical MEP and procurement-focused roles in the industry:

Technical & Operational Supervision

  • Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Networking, BMS, Lighting Fixtures, and LMS systems within the office and factory premises.

  • Supervise civil works and minor repairssuch as flooring, partitions, and maintenancein line with design specifications and safety standards.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage full-cycle procurement for MEP systems: issuing and managing RFQs, RFPs, Purchase Orders, and supplier evaluations.

  • Negotiate with vendors to optimize cost, quality, lead times, and delivery reliability while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Project Coordination & Compliance

  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely installation, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all systems comply with internal standards, project specs, and safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
  • Experience: 2 - 5 years (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical Panels, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS, LMS, Networking)
  • Hands-on experience in procurement (RFQs, RFPs, POs, Vendor Management, Cost Negotiation)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and structural layouts
  • Familiarity with preventive & corrective maintenance practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills
  • Candidates from Engineering / Construction / Facility Management industries preferred
