Role : ITI Electrician for Panel Wiring – Machine Manufacturing Industry

LOCATION : Vadodara, Gujarat

REPORTING TO : Production Manager/Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic young ITI FRESHER or with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the machine manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for panel wiring, testing, machine assembly, trials, fitment, and installation of machinery both within India and abroad. This role demands strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Panel Wiring & Assembly: Perform electrical wiring and setup for control panels as per the circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
• Machine Testing & Trials: Conduct pre-delivery tests and trials to ensure the machine functions according to specifications.
• Machine Assembly & Fitment: Assemble and fit electrical parts, PLC & HMI, Servo Motor, Sensors & Switch etc into machines while following industry standards and safety protocols.
• On-Site Installation & Commissioning: Travel across PAN India and abroad for machine installation, commissioning, and handover to customers.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and rectify any electrical faults during machine trials Quality Checking stages or installation phases.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure all electrical work complies with regulatory safety standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of installations, testing results, and wiring layouts; provide reports post-installation.
• Client Interaction: Coordinate with customers during installation to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, Design Team, production teams, and technical support staff for seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical work within the machine manufacturing industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with panel wiring, PLCs, HMIs, and electrical control systems. Experience with Fatek make PLC FBS Series and Kinco HMI is an advantage.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams & Preparing Operational Manuals etc.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly.
• Installation Expertise: Experience in handling on-site installation and machine commissioning processes.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and other regional languages as required.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad for project installations and support..

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Software Skills: Knowledge of PLC programming and basic automation software is a plus.
