Mandatory Skills- Native App development (Android/iOS) and REACT NATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and native modules.
  • Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • LEAD and Sr. Developers : 8-10 yrs of App Dev Experience overall, with 4-5 years of experience using React Native.
  • TEAM MEMBER: 4-8 yrs of App Dev Experience overall, with 3-4 yrs of experience using React Native.
  • Strong Exp in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.
  • Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
  • Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
  • Exp on RESTful APIs and mobile architecture patterns.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with native Android/iOS development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services.
  • Knowledge of app deployment processes to App Store and Google Play.
