Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Operation, you will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound operations at the PUD/Distribution Center, ensuring timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of Apex/Surface shipments to customers. You will work towards reducing instances of undelivered shipments and monitor regulatory paperwork for completeness and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily inbound and outbound Apex/Surface operations at the PUD/Distribution Center, including P2P operations and EDL/ODA deliveries. - Analyze load patterns periodically to plan pick-up and delivery routes for first and last-mile connectivity. - Monitor daily loads, plan delivery and pick-up schedules, and ensure timely pickups and receipt of shipments. - Ensure safe and profitable delivery of shipments to customers, handling exceptions and reporting damaged cases. - Coordinate with origin/customers for incomplete paperwork and ensure sufficient vehicles for operations. - Oversee vehicle placement, monitor carting/loading processes, and ensure safe handling of shipments. - Monitor staff attendance, conduct daily briefings, and provide direction and support to employees. - Mentor and coach subordinates to develop capabilities and maintain MIS related to the PUD/DC. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field. - Proven experience in supervising inbound and outbound operations in a distribution center. - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and paperwork requirements. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor and coach subordinates. - Proficiency in generating and maintaining MIS related to operations. - Ability to analyze load patterns, plan delivery routes, and optimize costs in the PUD/DC.
