Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MES Engineer located in Hyderabad. The MES Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to help manage and improve manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, configuring MES applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing system support and maintenance. Additionally, the MES Engineer will be involved in process optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MES application design, development, and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and shop floor operations
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MES systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with SQL, PLCs, SCADA, and ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong documentation and project management skills
