  • We are looking for a Purchase Executive (only Female ) to manage and coordinate all procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
  • Job Responsibility
  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.
  • Track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Support audits and maintain compliance with procurement policies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
  • Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase department.(Fresher Can Apply )
  • Strong negotiation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
