The Impact You'll Make

As our Specialist – ERP Data, you'll play a key role in supporting DPS core date team by maintaining and enhancing SAP processes and master data, while also contributing to prioritized projects and initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead SAP master data initiatives and process improvements to deliver efficient, standardized, and reliable business operations.
• Support business stakeholders by facilitating processes, providing expertise, and offering training and guidance for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, influence decision-making, and ensure seamless end-to-end process alignment.
• Use your skills in SAP, process optimization, and best practice implementation to enhance data quality, system performance, and business outcomes.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge by developing standards, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

• 5 plus years of experience in SAP functional or process-related roles, with proven ability to support data migration and transformation projects.
• Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, with strong technical affinity and analytical thinking to quickly grasp complex processes.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English to clearly engage stakeholders in a business setting.
• A problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, supported by strong organizational, planning, and basic risk management skills.
