Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process—from ideation to market launch. The ideal candidate will drive innovation by identifying market gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete NPD lifecycle and go-to-market strategy

  • Drive consumer insight-based innovation and product design

  • Coordinate with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and procurement

  • Manage formulation, testing, packaging, and compliance

  • Handle vendor management, costing, pricing, and IMPEX operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Science/Engineering; MBA or related master's preferred

  • 8–12 years in NPD, innovation, or R&D in FMCG/personal care

  • Strong knowledge of formulation, packaging, and regulatory standards

  • Proven success in launching D2C or retail products
