Job Title: RPA & Python Developer (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Gurugram and Bangalore

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Python development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in both domains and a passion for learning and working across diverse technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Build and maintain Python-based automation scripts, APIs, and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to tech innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA and Python development.
• Proficiency in at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and Power Automate).
• Strong Python programming skills including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Flask, etc.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Open to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving tech stacks.
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
