Job description

Job Roles :

  • Maintain medical billing AR accounts/claims at an acceptable level.
  • Should have experience in AR Calling in medical billing field for 6 months to 2 yrs
  • Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal
  • To make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
  • Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time

Desired Candidate profile :

Experienced in AR Calling (US healthcare-Medical Billing)-Voice process

  • Should have min 6 months experience as AR caller in medical billing
  • Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 or 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM)
  • Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
  • Any degree / Diploma is mandatory
  • Should have Excellent English communication skills(Written and oral)
  • Should posses good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
  • Should be willing to work for Minimum 1 year.
  • Cab Drop facility(One way) will be provided only for female candidates residing in nearby areas
  • Food facility available for all night shift employees
