Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Patna. The role primarily involves implementing and maintaining quality standards, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols. The responsibilities include conducting quality checks, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The specialist will collaborate closely with the production and management teams to continuously improve quality systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to specified standards and processes.
  • Experience in Quality Management and establishing effective quality procedures.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and their implementation in production processes.
  • Ability to conduct detailed Quality Auditing and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
