Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and post to appropriate ledgers.
  • Maintain and update sales, purchase, and expense registers.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
  • Prepare GST workings and assist in filing returns.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash records.
  • Assist with monthly closing and report generation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payments.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, and other accounting records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience : 0 to 1 year
