We are Hiring for SAP HCM Consultant for Pune location.

Location - Pune

Years of experience - 4-8 Years

Skills - SAP HCM, ABAP, HR modules , SuccessFactors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP HCM ABAP solutions for various business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop complex reports using ABAP programming language to meet client needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to employee central, success factors, and other HR modules in SAP HCM.
  • Provide technical guidance on SAP HCM implementation projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in SAP HCM ABAP development with a focus on HR/Payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) module in SAP HCM.
  • Proficiency in developing complex reports using ABAP programming language.
  • Experience working on SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM is an added advantage.
