Talent Acquisition Manager- Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer roll-out & onboarding.
- Partner with business heads & hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring plans.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
- Draft job descriptions (JDs), screen resumes, conduct preliminary HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
- Conduct salary negotiations, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards for management review.
- Support in talent mapping, succession planning, and proactive pipeline building for critical roles.
- Handle mid & senior-level recruitment (RM, HNI Desk Heads, Advisors, Dealers, Equity Research, Institutional roles, Technology hiring, etc.) depending on business needs.
- Actively engage in employer branding activities to attract top talent.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Graduate with 28 years of recruitment experience.
Strong exposure to BFSI, Broking, Wealth, or Financial Services hiring preferred.

- Proven ability in hiring senior-level and niche positions.
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
