Job Title : Staff / Lead Engineer

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India only)

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Staff / Lead Engineer to lead our e-commerce development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Shopify Plus,Shopify Liquid, strong full-stack development skills, and proven experience leading projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the technical strategy & architecture for Shopify Plus projects
  • Develop custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+),
  • Build & integrate complex backend functionalities , , PHP)
  • Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Klaviyo, Recharge, Stay AI, and third-party integrations
  • Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and support recruitment efforts
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and deployment processes (AWS, Firebase)

Qualifications :

  • 6+ years in web development, with 4+ years in Shopify ecosystem (Shopify Plus required)
  • Expertise in Liquid, Metaobjects, Metafields
  • Strong proficiency in React, Redux Toolkit, ,
  • Backend experience with , , PHP
  • Experience with MySQL/MongoDB, AWS, and serverless functions
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing skills

Must have Skills :

  • 4+ years with Shopify development(Plus,Liquid), Fullstack development (React.JS +Any backend technology like Python/PHP/Node.JS etc),
  • Backend API building, Hosting APIs and DNS management (AWS/Firebase or similar platforms).
