Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Scrum/Agile Delivery Manager. The role involves managing agile projects within the organization, leading SCRUM ceremonies, facilitating effective communication between teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and addressing operational challenges. The selected candidate will oversee cross-functional collaboration to meet project objectives and drive continuous improvement in performance and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Analytical Skills and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management best practices and tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM frameworks
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Professional experience in a similar role or a background in project or program management is preferable
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
