Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Resource with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle technologies and will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data assets to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle applications for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Design and customize BIP Reports to present data insights in a visually compelling and actionable format
  • Create interactive Dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics and trends
  • Communicate with client and provide effective solutions
  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition of data between systems while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on data management best practices and standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data management and reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle technologies with a focus on HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Data Migration

  • Proficiency in Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in designing and developing complex reports and dashboards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
