Optimist Provides its Experienced and Trained Faculties to Schools, Colleges, Universities, Corporate and Other learning places in order to enhance their Communication, Language and Life Skills.

Now, Optimist is hiring Marketing Executives/ Business Promoters throughout Tamilnadu, in order to enhance its services by everyone in the country.

Job Role: Marketing Executives/Business Promoters.

  • Nature of Job:
Promoting our business in Every Educational institutions in person.
Business Executives are assigned some Schools/colleges everyday to visit and meet the concern authority and demonstrate about our company and its services in order to have a business contract with them.
  • Training & Probation:
Proper training will be given.
30 working days are probationary period.
  • Salary & incentives:
Basic salary for this position is Rs. 18000/- indian rupees.
incentives will be added for every school confirmed by the Marketing Executives.
Standard bus fair/fuel allowance will be given.
Salary will be deposited between 8th and 10th of every month along with other eligible allowances.
  • Terms & Conditions
Each Marketing Executives will hold minimum 3 districts with them.
Everyone should submit any two of their originals with company.
Signing in MoU is mandatory for every candidate.
Should adhere with the terms and conditions of company,
should maintain secrecy and confidentiality as per company's rule.
  • Key Skills:

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Prior experience in relevant field is preferable.

Candidate should have two wheeler along with both two wheeler and four wheeler license.

  • Selection procedure:
Telephonic Interview
Face to face interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
