
Assistant Operations Manager Export/Import

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating all export activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export control regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate export records in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Support the negotiation of freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers.
- Monitor export performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to align export operations with business goals.
- Assist in managing export-related audits and customer inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Knowledge of documentation for sea, air, and land shipments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or export documentation systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global markets (e.g., Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa).
- Knowledge of export compliance tools and platforms.
- Certification in export management or supply chain is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.

Pay: ₹23, ₹35,000.00 per month
