Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor who can conceptualize, create, and edit engaging visual stories using both traditional and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools (for prompt-based video generation, motion design, and enhancement). You should be capable of taking a concept from ideation to execution, working closely with the creative and strategy teams to bring brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and edit videos for campaigns, social media, brand stories, and digital ads.

Use AI tools and prompt-based video generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Midjourney, Sora-type workflows) to enhance video production.

Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to develop story-driven content that aligns with brand vision.

Craft engaging motion graphics, visual effects, and seamless transitions.

Manage end-to-end video production — from ideation, script visualization, editing, color grading, sound design to final delivery.

Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques to improve speed and quality of video outputs.

Maintain a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling formats, and visual language for different platforms.

Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in video editing and creative content production.

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and AI-driven creative tools.

Strong understanding of AI prompt writing for video generation and enhancement.

Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.

Ability to conceptualize campaign visuals and adapt them for multi-platform deployment.

Good knowledge of aspect ratios, export formats, codecs, and digital optimization.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A portfolio showcasing conceptual and high-quality video work.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience with AI visual and sound design tools (like ElevenLabs, Descript, or Synthesia).

Knowledge of 3D animation or Unreal Engine / Blender workflows.
