Client: Hopper (US-Based Travel App)
Position: Customer Service Executive – Hotel Booking Support
Shift: US Shift (Night)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs
About the Role:
Join our team supporting Hopper, a leading travel booking platform.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, assist with modifications, cancellations, and refunds, and ensure an excellent service experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to hotel reservations
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and service issues
- Stay updated with Hopper's hotel booking policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Education: HSC or above (Graduates preferred)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in a US night shift
Additional Details:
- Shift: US Shift (Night)
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs
- Location: Thane, Mumbai
