Profile Overview:

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated professionals from the dairy industry who are ready to transition into a techno-commercial sales role. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in dairy production, QA/QC, or R&D, and a passion for client engagement and solution-based selling.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting key features and value propositions.
  • Manage sales data and prepare daily reports ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance and trends.
  • Present monthly MIS reports, offering insights into sales metrics and strategies.
  • Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on new products and competition status, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
  • Manage and expand assigned territory or vertical by identifying new opportunities and improving market penetration.

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies based on market dynamics and feedback, driving sustainable growth and success for the organization.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Required a male candidate with Diploma/B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B. Tech/ M. Tech in food or Dairy technology/science/processing with 3 to 8 years of experience in Dairy or Food and Cheese production is required.
  • Proven experience in dairy processing and production, or food production particularly in cheese, sauce, mayonnaise, ice-cream etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with dairy companies and corporative and production unit.
  • Must be a team player, required exceptional communication, negotiation and effective collaboration skills
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Monitor competitors activities and recommend market trends and strategies.
  • Preference will be given to the advancement in cheese products, Dairy and food Technology
  • Collaborate with the production and R&D department to align product development with market need
  • Strong organizational and attention to details skills required for maintaining accurate sales data and prepare comprehensive reports.
